Dear customers

The safety of our employees and all our partners is our first priority and we hope this mail finds you and your loved ones in good health.

Since few weeks, we have put in place all health and safety measures to protect our employees from the coronavirus. Many of us serve you already from home with very little business disruptions.

We have been also capable to manage our supply chain and protect our production capacity in all our plants globally. Most of you have seen in the press the Italian government is taking further steps towards its fight against COVID-19 in asking all non "essential" companies to close their operations from March the 26th till April the 3rd.

Although Riello Spa and FIT fall into this category, they are considered supporting “essential” activities. We are therefore suspending all Italian manufacturing activities this Thursday March the 26th until Friday April the 3rd but will keep a service level aiming to ship any possible products and spare parts from our local and central warehouses. Riello is making any possible efforts during this crisis to continue working from home to support you.
