These compact burners are based on a simple, integrated design that provides highefficiency, low-noise operation while significantly reducing fuel and maintenance costs. Riello R-Series dual-fuel burners offer a host of standard features - like compact, light-weight, die-cast aluminum construction.
The Burner models of New RLS Series have been developed with a new Electrical Panel to Increase flexibility; and despite the integrated layout, various flame safeguards can be used and many useful accessories such as switches, indicator lights, alarm horns etc. etc. can be fitted.
On the new RLS models, all the components for basic burner operation are included in the Electrical Panel as standard equipment, optional accessories can easily be fitted on request.
Riello R-Series dual-fuel burners are available in firing rates from 378 to 10034 MBtu/hr, to handle a broad range of commercial, industrial and process applications. Offered in a variety of configurations with optional accessories, our RLS models deliver uncompromising performance and reliability.
They are equipped with Siemens LMV36 as standard, which is able to manage the air-fuel ratio by independent servomotors in order to obtain a perfect output control and to assure a correct combustion and safe operation on all modulation range. Operation can be “two stage progressive” or, alternatively, “modulating” with the installation of a PID logic regulator and respective probes.
The RLS/EV models, are available to operate with Variable Speed Drive technology based on the control of a Frequency Inverter that modifies the air flow through the motor speed variation.
