The Burner models of New R Series have been developed with a new Electrical Panel to Increase flexibility; and despite the integrated layout, various flame safeguards can be used and many useful accessories such as switches, indicator lights, alarm horns etc. etc. can be fitted.
On the new RS/E-EV models, all the components for basic burner operation are included in the Electrical Panel as standard equipment, optional accessories can easily be fitted on request.
The RS/E LN and RS/EV LN burners series covers a firing range from 341 to 9090 MBtu/hr, and it is based on the Digital Burner Management System, LMV 37 as standard, which is able to manage the air-fuel ratio by independent servomotors in order to obtain a perfect output control and to assure a correct combustion and safe operation on all modulation range. Operation can be “two stage progressive” or, alternatively, “modulating” with the installation of a PID logic regulator and respective probes.
RS/E LN burners series guarantees high efficiency levels in all the various applications, thus reducing fuel consumption and running costs; specifics versions are available to operate with Variable Speed Drive technology based on the control of a Frequency Inverter that modifies the air flow through the motor speed variation. Optimisation of sound emissions is guaranteed by the special design of the air suction circuit and by incorporated sound proofing material.
