RTC is a high water content condensing boiler for installation in heating plants. It is suitable for heating systems and production domestic hot water, in combination with a suitable storage cylinder.

Boiler with three effective flue gas passes. All parts in contact with the combustion products are titanium stabilized stainless steel. Designed based on principle of heat stratification. This allows operation no limits on the return water temperature, maximizing flue gas condensation, for very high efficiency.

The combustion chamber located up high and the tube bundle below, with smooth pipes and removable turbulators. This creates a countercurrent water-flue gas flow, optimizing heat exchange and energy efficiency.

Furthermore, the furnace size is designed to obtain very low polluting emissions values, when combined with Riello BLU flame burners.

The generator has been designed with a structure that can withstand the thermal dilation. This is also thanks to the fully floating furnace, which is free to dilate in relation to the thermal load required.

Heat losses have been minimized thanks to the use of high density fiberglass pads for the thermal insulation of the boiler body, the paneling, and the front door.

Models 3000 - 6000 have been developed with a vertical structure, with overlapping cladding to facilitate handling and to facilitate introduction inside the heating plant.

Models 8000 - 10000 have a “square” structure with a single cladding, to maximize the water content and at the same time to guarantee maximum efficiency.

The front door and the flue gas chamber can be opened fully to facilitate inspection, maintenance, and cleaning operations of the interior parts and to reduce time of intervention.
