The “premix” flame gas burners are highly suitable for process applications that require the burner integration for the most compact footprint.
The Riello premix burner combustion heads feature a metal fiber mesh, patented by Riello. They have no welds, eliminating a highly critical element when there is high thermal stress. In-depth fluid dynamic studies and use of innovative materials allow the flame to be distributed along the entire length of the combustion area. It also provides flame stability in environments characterized by turbulence and areas of internal
recirculation. Another positive point in favor of these burners is the very high ratio of modulation and quiet operation. The use of fans equipped with variable speed brushless motors and proportional valves guarantees perfect control of the output and energy savings.
Riello only sells premix burners in the configuration designed for each specific application. For this reason, the premix models cannot be ordered as standard products. They are only available in the versions verified for the final application.
The Premix burners are available in a range from 3 to 36 kW: with one-stage, two-stage, or modulating operation, with variable revolution motor, gas train integrated in the burner, and air-gas mixing in the fan suction line circuit.
The RX range of burners can be modified easily for LPG operation, even in the field (with the exception of model 36, which has dedicated part numbers available based on the type of fuel used).
Each RX S / PV F burner can operate fully stand-alone (if needed), providing optimum temperature distribution in the furnace and simplifying the system construction.
The RX S/PV F range target at convection ovens (rotating or fixed panels), plate ovens, conduction ovens or solar radiation ovens, as well as continuous, tunnel and steam pipe industrial furnaces.
