Customer demand

Replacement of old burner and emissions upgrade to fulfill the requirement of max limit of Nox=100mg/Nm3 at 3%O2 (DLGS183/17)

Released configuration

• Dual bloc burner with specific arrangement fo comburent air up to 150°C
• Operating wih Natural gas
• Burner configurations for induced draft of recirculated flue gasses (drawn from downstream the regenerator and injected upstream the comburent air fan)
• Automatic correction of Air /fuel ratio in function of the residual O2 content in the flue gas
• Ignition with gas pilot burner and combustion head designe and optimized to operate with flue gas recirculated up to 10%
• Flame detection by IR sensor
• Burner configuration and controls for continuous operation
